PEASE READ POLICY: Time will not be booked without deposit. No exceptions. Deposits are non-refundable and must be received no less than two days in advance of booking. Remaining balance to be collected BEFORE rental period begins.
Payment for additional time will be collected upon request of additional time. Full Day to begin no later than 12 noon. Early drop off can be arranged at extra cost. You will be asked to sign a rental agreement and waiver. Depending on nature of rental or event, you may be charged a deposit that will be returned to you at the end of the rental relating to cleanup, or other obligations relating to returning the rental venue to it's normal condition and appearance.
